This event will take place on Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, Friday, October 2, in downtown SF from 5 pm - 7 pm. We plan to meet at Yerba Buena Gardens and march down Mission St. to the Ferry Building. At the statue of Gandhi on Pier One we will celebrate by having cultural presentations, speakers, and music from 5 pm to 7 pm.
